Hotel & Catering (HC)
Train as a professional in kitchen, food and beverage service, housekeeping and front office — inside a working 4-star resort.
The Hotel & Catering programme is built for students who want to work, not just sit exams. From your first term you are in real kitchens, real dining rooms and real guest bedrooms, working to the standard a Uganda Tourism Board 4-star classification demands.
You learn knife skills on the same range that serves our restaurant, lay tables that paying guests will eat at, and take handover in a housekeeping department with rooms to turn around before check-in. Assessment and certification are handled by UBTEB, so your qualification is recognised nationally.
Entrepreneurship runs through the whole programme: costing a menu, pricing a service, and understanding how a small hospitality business actually makes money in Uganda.
