Bunyonyi Safaris began in transport, and it is still one of the things we do best. Vehicles, drivers and the logistics of getting people across south-western Uganda in one piece.
What we run
Vehicles and drivers you can rely on
4x4 vehicle hire
Self-drive or with one of our driver-guides. Land Cruisers and safari vans maintained for the murram roads between here, Bwindi, Mgahinga and Queen Elizabeth — not for city tarmac only.
Airport transfers
Entebbe International or Kigali International, door to door. Kigali is the closer arrival point for Lake Bunyonyi; send your flight number and we will be waiting with your name on a board.
Group & school transport
Coaster buses and minibuses for school trips, church groups, conferences and weddings, with a driver who knows the hills and takes them slowly.
Day transfers & excursions
Kabale town runs, Bwindi trailhead drop-offs before dawn, border crossings at Katuna and Cyanika, and connections to your next lodge.
Vehicle rates and transfer prices are quoted on request — they depend on distance, vehicle class and whether you want a driver.
