The Institute exists as a social contribution — training community youth and women so tourism income becomes local employment. Sponsorship is the most direct way to be part of it.

Who you are supporting
Young people and women from the villages on these hills — households where school fees compete with seed, medicine and transport. Many candidates are talented and simply cannot fund a term.
What sponsorship covers
Tuition and examination costs, uniform and practical kit, and the supervised internship that leads to a first job. Amounts are confirmed per intake — ask us for the current figures.
What changes
A UBTEB-awarded certificate, months of experience in a 4-star operation, and a reference that lodges across south-western Uganda take seriously. Most graduates support several people once employed.
How we report back
Sponsors receive progress updates through the programme and a summary at completion, so you can see exactly what your contribution produced.
Sponsorship amounts and payment options are confirmed per intake — we will send the current figures on request rather than publish estimates.
