Day by day
Arrive Lake Bunyonyi — afternoon on the water
Arrive at the resort, settle into your room and have lunch above the water. In the afternoon we take a motorboat out for island-hopping, hearing the story of Akampene (Punishment Island) and the families who live out on the lake, and finish as the sun drops behind the hills. Dinner and a bonfire back at the resort.
Dawn canoe, terraces, and departure
Out on a dugout canoe while the mist is still on the lake, with birds working the reeds. After breakfast, a short walk into the terraces above the resort for the view, then check out and begin your transfer onward or home.
